Refund policy
We have a 30-day exchange or store credit policy for items purchased on our website, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request an exchange or store credit.
To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchanged, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).
Unfortunately, sale items, customs, or gift cards are final sale and not eligible for exchange or store credit.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the item is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Depending on the price difference, you will be required to pay the remaining balance, however if the new item is less than the original, we will keep a store credit linked to your account.
Store Credit
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your item, and let you know if the item was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically given a store credit for the full amount under your account with us. Store credit can be used to purchase another item later in time, for a "Design and Custom Jewellery" piece, or towards our "Jewellery Repair Service".
