Hi I’m Jacqueline, co-owner of Hicks Jewellers. I was born and raised in Brooks, and have always valued living close to my family. When my mom opened the store, I was so grateful to be able to transition slowly back into working and still prioritize my two young children. Luckily for me, my mom (grandma) was the owner, and she always put my kids first too!
I was instantly in love with the business and industry. So, in 2019 I knew it was time to become an official part of Hicks Jewellers. I’ve found so much fulfillment in creating the space and brand, seeing our business grow in the community and the relationships we have developed along the way. When I’m not at the store, I’m usually spending time with my kids. Probably running them to one of their events. We love our annual camping adventures, trips to Vancouver and hanging around home with family and friends.
